Unique Custom Candles is a Latina and women-owned private-label candle company based in the South Bay of LA, California. This venture is the second inspired candle endeavor by our founder, Cinthya Kats. We are committed to empowering entrepreneurs, business owners, and innovators, providing them an avenue to associate their brands with high-quality, thoughtful, and sustainable products. We seek an individual ready to dive deep into business operations, collaborate closely with our founder, and bring a touch of innovation to every endeavor. This role is an amalgamation of operational excellence, business strategy, and the art of candle making. You’ll be at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our team on product production and development, ensuring the highest quality candles reach our partners.

• Labeling, cleaning, and packaging of candles with aesthetic care.

• Packing and shipping orders (must be able to lift 30+ lbs).

• Must be able to stand on your feet for 4 hours a day.
