Unique Custom Candles is a Latina and women-owned private-label candle company based in the South Bay of LA, California. This venture is the second inspired candle endeavor by our founder, Cinthya Kats. We seek an individual ready to dive deep into business operations, collaborate closely with our founder, and bring a touch of innovation to every endeavor. This role is an amalgamation of operational excellence, business strategy, and the art of candle making. You’ll be at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Market research.

• Create and curate content (written, video, and image content) for various social media platforms, working closely with the founder to ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging.

• Email marketing.

• Analytics and Reporting + Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

• Harness your natural sales aptitude to showcase our distinctive products and boost revenue.

• Influencer Outreach + partnership Management.

Qualifications + Skills:

• Strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to tasks and projects.

• Ability to wear many hats, adapt to varied responsibilities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Self-starter attitude with a team-player ethos.

• Proficiency in essential digital tools (G Suite, Canva, Instagram + TikTok, SEO, Mailchimp)

• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices

• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
