Unique Custom Candles is a Latina and women-owned private-label candle company based in the South Bay of LA, California. This venture is the second inspired candle endeavor by our founder, Cinthya Kats. We seek an individual ready to dive deep into business operations, collaborate closely with our founder, and bring a touch of innovation to every endeavor. This role is an amalgamation of operational excellence, business strategy, and the art of candle making. You’ll be at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founder to refine and implement business strategies.

  • Contribute to core business operations, ranging from marketing initiatives to sales strategies.

  • Analyze situations and opportunities and provide insights to leadership.

  • Supply chain + inventory.

  • Quality control.
